We ask that all appointments needed to be cancelled are done so within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Appointments cancelled under this asked time will be charged 50% of their service(s) that are booked. In the event of a no call/no show, the client will be charged 100% of scheduled service(s) and client risks the ability of being able to book for future appointments. If an already rescheduled appointment is attempted to be rescheduled for a second time this will result in the probability of a fee due to now being considered a cancellation.
